Tulsa Estate Planning & Business Law Attorney
Wiszneauckas Law helps Tulsa families and business owners put real legal plans in place for your estate, your business, and your brand.
No Hourly Billing Ever
Flat-fee pricing means no clock watching, no surprise invoices. You ask every question you need to ask.
One Attorney, Start to Finish
You work directly with Geoff from the first call through signing your documents. No handoffs, no junior staff.
Plans Built Around Your Life
No templates. Every plan is designed around your specific family, assets, and goals.
What happens to everything you've built if something happens to you?
You've built something worth protecting. A family, a home, a business. Most people don't have a plan that actually protects all of it.
Without a plan in place:
A court decides who raises your kids, not you.
Your home could get tied up in probate for months or years.
Your business partner may have more control over your company than your spouse.
Your brand and intellectual property have zero legal protection.
Your family is left making hard decisions in the worst moment of their lives.
If that's where you are right now, you're not behind. You're just ready to move forward.
What We Help You Protect
Estate Planning
Make sure your family is taken care of, your home stays out of court, and the people you love aren't left guessing. We build every plan around your specific situation.
Elder Law
Navigating a parent's care is hard enough without legal confusion on top of it. We help families understand Medicaid, protect assets, and find a clear path forward whether you're planning ahead or in the middle of a crisis.
Business Law & IP
Your business and your personal life are probably more legally tangled than they should be. We help business owners structure things the right way, protect their brand, and build a plan.
We Know This Feels Like a Lot.
Most people who sit down with us have been thinking about this for years. They're not sure where to start, what they actually need, or whether they can trust someone to give them a straight answer without upselling them.
That's exactly why we do things differently.

We’re Not Like Most Law Firms
-
One Attorney. Every Step.
Wiszneauckas Law is intentionally small. One attorney, one paralegal. You work directly with Geoff from the first conversation through the signing of your documents. No junior associates. No templates passed between people who've never met you.
-
Flat Fee. Always.
Hourly billing creates a dynamic most people don't talk about: clients hesitate to ask questions, skip follow-up calls, and don’t ask for revisions.
A flat fee changes the relationship. When there's no clock running, you ask every question. You push back on language that doesn't feel right. You reach out when something in your life changes. We work together to get it right, not just get it done.
-
You'll Know the Price Upfront.
Pricing is presented after the consultation, once we've designed your plan together and you understand exactly what you're getting. No hourly surprises. No wondering whether that last email cost you something.
You've Been Putting This Off Your Estate Plan Long Enough.
Most people who come to us have been meaning to get their estate plan done for years. Others just started a business, received concerning news about a parent’s health, or realized they need legal guidance faster than expected. Wherever you are, we’ve worked with families and business owners in that exact situation.
Wiszneauckas Law is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma and serves clients throughout the metro area and surrounding communities including Broken Arrow, Owasso, Jenks, Bixby, Claremore, Bartlesville, and Muskogee. Our practice focuses on estate planning, elder law, business law, and intellectual property because many legal issues overlap, and it helps to work with one attorney who understands how they connect.
Before becoming an attorney, Geoff spent 20 years in engineering, oil and gas, and corporate planning, including serving as Director of Corporate Planning. He also holds a graduate degree in Biblical counseling and earned his law degree from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law with a specialization in IP and Technology.
We keep the firm small on purpose: one attorney, one paralegal, and direct communication with Geoff throughout the entire process. Every plan is custom-built, and every fee is flat and agreed upon upfront.
If you’re ready to stop putting it off, we’d love to talk. Call us at (918) 918-9479 or schedule your free 90-minute consultation at wiszlaw.com.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
It depends on your situation. A will is a good starting point, but it still goes through probate — a court process that can take months and cost money. A trust lets your assets pass directly to your loved ones without court involvement. During your consultation, we'll look at what you own, who you want to protect, and recommend the option that actually fits your life.
-
We use flat-fee pricing, so you know the full cost before any work begins. Pricing is based on the complexity of your plan and is shared after your free consultation once we've designed your plan together. There are no hourly charges and no surprise invoices.
-
Yes, and most families don't know this until it's too late. Once your child turns 18, you no longer have automatic legal authority to make medical decisions or access financial information on their behalf in an emergency. A set of five documents — including a healthcare proxy, HIPAA authorization, and financial power of attorney — fixes this. We call this a Young Adult Document package.
-
If you're running a business and your name, logo, or brand is part of your value, yes. Without federal trademark registration, someone else can use your name in another market, and you may have limited legal recourse. Registration gives you nationwide protection and the legal standing to enforce it. It also matters if you ever plan to sell the business.
